Russia Wzor today brings new things about Windows 8.1 , which is the latest version of Update 1 17031 .
A leaked version is Windows 8.1 Update 1 Build 17025, Wzor said the latest version before 17031 fixes some Bug, the system solves the problem of the black screen when the PC Language Interface Pack (LIP) set as the primary language.
But Wzor did not disclose whether the current Internet has been leaked Build 17031 installation files .
Microsoft is or will be April 8 Push Update to all Windows 8.1 users via Windows Update 1, sources said , MSDN subscribers on April 2 will be able to download the Windows 8.1 Updat 1 .
